We believe that knowing is only half the battle, but also applying that knowledge is where true change begins in high school.
High school is the beginning of adulthood. It is where a higher education can give you more options, yet can potentially create more debt. Empify High is a comprehensive program focused on helping high school students understand goal setting, student loans, savings, investing, and credit. The different facets of this program will help students grasp a better understanding of the most important factor of adulthood; their finances. Each student is given the education and tools that will cover the fundamentals needed navigate their futures post-graduation.
I Just Wish I Knew 101
The I Just Wish I Knew program addresses the need for inner city youth in grades 9 th & 10 th to learn fundamental financial education as they start their high school journey. Think back, and imagine everything you wish someone taught you about money. This is what the I Just Wish I Knew Program covers. By using entertainment, real-life examples, and hands-on engagement as a vehicle for learning, we prepare our students for their next phase of life. The I Just Wish I Knew topics include:

Money Knowledge for College
The Money Knowledge for College prepares both 11 th & 12 th graders for what life will be like in college. This program focuses on the importance of understanding everything students need to know in order to be financially prepare to attend and complete college. College can be expensive, however we cannot let the cost of college and the lack of planning for it affect our students. This in-depth program helps students understand student loans and credit cards by analyzing real life statements, walking through real-life examples, and learning how to avoid the many mistakes most students make while in college.
